SUMMIT AND PEAK MANDATORY PARENT MEETING: Tomorrow night there is a mandatory meeting for Summit and Peak parents at 6:00. PEAK TOUR MEETING: Following the parent meeting, there will be a short meeting for Peak families interested in learning more about our tour to San Diego next summer. This is important as the decision to commit to tour will come up quickly! Please see the attached flyer and be thinking about questions you may have. On a personal note, my daughters both went on tour with GCC (we fundraised most of the expense) and they had an amazing time and created memories they still talk about. GCC POLO SHIRTS: If you ordered a polo shirt (all new singers and anyone that outgrew theirs), they will be handed out tomorrow night at the meeting. Please be sure you have paid through the portal ($15) or bring payment with you!
We misstated the price of the polo shirts earlier... they are $15, not $25. If you paid via the portal, you paid the correct amount. If you paid with cash, check or PFA, we will be getting your $10 refunded to you or adjusted in your PFA. We're sorry for the confusion!
COMMUNICATION: We are in the process of researching ways to communicate with all of you in addition to our email blast. While we do that, our amazing, in-house tech guy, aka Peter, has put together this very short video showing you how to add the GCC website to the home page on your phone. It will look just like an app and gives you instant access to the website. We will be putting all the information from the email blast on the website so you can access it easily from your device! We hope this helps those of you who don't check your email on a regular basis. This video shows how to do this on an iPhone, but I was able to easily do it on my Android as well!
