TUITION PAYMENT: The final tuition payment is due tomorrow night for Summit and Peak! ($108 for most). You can pay at rehearsal with cash, check or PFA funds or pay online through the member portal.
TICKETS (Peak/Summit): Included in your tuition are 10 tickets (per singer) that you are free to use at any of our 3 concerts. We will be distributing those next Monday, the 14th. In order for you to receive those tickets, your singer's tuition must be paid in full! We typically hand those out as you make your final tuition payment, but due to a couple of unforeseen circumstances, we are pushing it back a week. Valley, just a reminder that tickets are not included in your tuition. You will need to purchase tickets for each concert.
PICTURES: We will distribute pictures next week as well. If you didn't get pictures ordered and would still like to do that, you can fill out an order form at tomorrow night's rehearsal.
PEAK TOUR PAYMENT: If you plan on using your pfa to make the next tour payment, you must fill out a pfa form tomorrow night! We will be sending a check to Gateway this week as the payment is due next Monday.
UNIFORMS: At picture night we noticed that some kids who were measured at camp have already grown enough that they need adjustments to their formal uniforms. If you want your singer to be resized, please send their uniform with them tomorrow night.

SUMMIT SINGERS SAVE THE DATE: Thanks to a grant from The Littler Youth Fund, we are partnering with District 6 and hosting an elementary Choral Music Festival. We are so excited about this opportunity! Many schools are bringing their choirs to participate. There will be a workshop from 11:00-6:00 (which your singer will a part of, so they will miss part of their school day) and a free concert at 6:00. This will occur Tuesday, February 21st. Put it on your calendar and save the date!! More details coming later.
SINGER PICK-UP: Now that it will be dark so dog-gone early, we will have singers pop out to see if their ride has arrived and if not, we will have them wait inside the church.
