Wow! It's just mind boggling that we are headed into our final week of the season! We are so excited to for our last two performances, Spring Sing and the National Anthem at the Rockies. Lots of details below. Please read carefully and thoroughly! Yes, we have rehearsal tonight AND our time will be extended by 15 minutes for Summit and Peak as we will be celebrating and recognizing our singers for an outstanding season! SPRING SING: This Saturday, April 29th, we will have rehearsal at Greeley West in the morning. 8th graders: 9:00–11:15 a.m.; Peak: 9:30–11:15 a.m.; Summit: 10:00–12:00; Valley: 11:00–11:30 a.m. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled rehearsal time. Singers need to be back at Greeley West at 2:30 dressed in concert attire (Valley: black pants and blue polo shirts, Summit and Peak: formal uniforms). The concert begins at 3:00 at Greeley West.
To the morning rehearsal singers need to bring a bag, marked with their name, with jeans and sneakers. When they arrive, they will get their Spring Sing t-shirt which they will place in their bag. They will change into this outfit at intermission. ROCKIES DETAILS: Please see the attached information regarding details about our performance at the game. It talks about meeting at Gate E. Not far from that gate is the playground on the main concourse. This is where we would like to gather and have you drop off your singer and then pick them up there immediately after they sing. Singers will get a free Rockies T-shirt to wear for the performance. They do not need to wear their polo! Please just have them wear something they can pull a t-shirt over. Please have your singer at the playground at noon and give yourself time for parking and getting into the ballpark. If you have never been to Coors Field, please read over the attached information that tells what can and cannot be brought into the stadium. Just a reminder that Coors Field is cashless. If you plan to purchase food, drinks or Rockies swag, you must have a debit or credit card.
