Wow! Wow! Wow! The Elementary Choral Festival was a ginormous success! A huge "Thank you" to our amazing directors, especially Mrs. Nugent (who put close to 100 hours of planning and organizing) for all the work they put into this event and our Summit Singers for representing GCC so incredibly well! It was fun to see several of them sing in their own school choir as well as singing with us! We couldn't be more proud and grateful for your dedication to music and GCC! Now it's Peak's turn!
PEAK PERFORMERS WITH THE GREELEY CHAMBER ORCHESTRA: Peak Performers will be performing with the GCO on Friday, March 3rd. The concert will be at Trinity Episcopal Church (3800 W. 20th St.) at 7:30 pm. Call time is 7:00 and singers should be dressed in their formal uniforms. There will be a rehearsal with the orchestra on Thursday, March 2nd at the church at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $10 for adults and can be purchased at the door. Kids/students get in free! This concert will also be livestreamed, but we won't have a link ahead of the concert. Orders are due March 6th. COLORADO ROCKIES NATIONAL ANTHEM PERFORMANCE (APRIL 30TH): Attached you will find an order form for tickets for the Rockies game on April 30th. As in the past, you are welcome to order tickets through your singer's school or you can order through us. You just need to be sure your singer has a ticket if they are going! For our new families, this is a family outing. We do not provide transportation and supervision for your singer. If you would like for your singer to attend and sing, you need to purchase a ticket for them and whoever else will be going from your family. This is a great opportunity to take friends and family as the ticket price is considerably lower than normal. There are upper-level tickets and lower-level tickets available. We are also excited to welcome Valley Voices for this performance! For your planning purposes, singers will need to be in the ballpark sometime between11:30 and noon that day. We will have the exact time as we get closer.
We are asking for you to return the order form by next Monday the 6th so we can get our ticket order placed with the Rockies as soon as possible. The sooner we get it to them, the better seating we can get! Apologies for the short turnaround time, but the Rockies staff just got the info to us on Friday. You may pay for tickets with cash, check made out to GCC or PFA funds.
