We perform the National Anthem this Tuesday, the 27th at the Stampede! We are so excited to have so many of you participating! MEETING TIME/PLACE: Please have your singer, dressed in their blue polos and bottoms of choice, at the big bronze statue surrounded by all the flags outside the arena at 6:15. We will warm up and do a run through prior to going inside. Once inside, we will go to our seats and wait there until we sing. Because of the size of our group, they don't have a space for us to gather. We will just come down from our seats so you must be in your seats prior to the event starting! OTHER DETAILS: Parking is not included with your tickets, so please be sure to have cash with you. ($15) For anyone who hasn't attended the Stampede, it's a good walk from the parking lots into the park (they do have golf carts that make runs back and forth). Please plan your time accordingly! Your ticket to the rodeo will grant you access into the park without paying the fee to get in! I will be forwarding another email from the Stampede with great info regarding parking, their clear bag policy and downloading your tickets if you don't have a paper ticket. Downloading tickets purchased through their website is vital as the internet connection out there is practically non-existent!
TICKETS: For those of you who haven't picked up your tickets and didn't email to indicate that you are out of town, you should've received an email this morning with details about getting your tickets. You must do this before Tuesday evening!
NEW SEASON EMAIL: For those returning to GCC next season, a new email group has been created and information has been sent out to that email group. If you didn't receive that, it is most likely that you haven't registered or completed your registration. If your singer is returning, you need to register ASAP!
