We hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving break! We are thankful for each and every one of our singers and their families!
TICKETS: Many of you did not get your concert tickets picked up at our last rehearsal. If your singer's tuition is paid in full you may come into rehearsal tomorrow night and pick those tickets up. You will need them for our Winter's Eve concert. Because of the value, we prefer for an adult to get them but will give them to your singer if they come in with a note from you.
PICTURES: We also have many pictures that were not picked up. If you want your singer to get them, please remind them to come get them at the table before they leave rehearsal.
POINSETTIA POPS (PEAK): This concert is this coming weekend! What an opportunity for our singers to perform with the adult chorale and the Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra! Rehearsals are at the UCCC and here are the times:
Friday (Dec. 2nd): 6:30–8:00
Saturday (Dec. 3rd): 2:45–5:00
For the rehearsal and performance on Saturday, please drop your singer off on the west side of the UCCC at the stage (loading dock) entrance on 11th Ave. If you try to go in the main doors, you will be charged for entry for the Festival of Trees!
For the concert, Peak Performers should be dressed in their formal attire and arrive at 6:30 pm. The concert begins at 7:00, which is an earlier time than previous years! Singers will sit with the directors for the first half of the concert so everyone must be at the back entrance by 6:30!
For parents not attending, you may pick your singer up at 9:00 at the same back entrance. For parents attending, you may pick your singer up in the lobby around by the green room or rec center doors.
WINTER'S EVE SAT. DEC. 10TH: Our first concert of the season is coming up! There will be rehearsal in the morning prior to the concert and your singer will stay from the beginning of their rehearsal time through the concert. We will provide snacks for them when they are not rehearsing. The rehearsal and concert are both at First United Methodist Church. Here are the times for each group. Please be sure they are there and ready to be on stage at their designated times.
Peak: 8:30
Summit: 9:00
Valley: 9:30
Singers should arrive at rehearsal dressed in their concert attire. For Summit and Peak that is your formal uniform. For Valley that is your black pants and blue GCC polo shirts.
FESTIVAL OF TREES: If you have a chance to attend the Festival of Trees this week or next weekend during the concert, check out our tree at the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor!
